The Coldstream Guards Band March at 2.17 was actually arranged by its former Band Member Paul Burch in 2003 and it is he who has copyright over this piece of Music... The Director of Music Graham Jones was taken off guard the following Monday after this was used on the 2007 Trooping of The Colour where no doubt this recording was taken from... He was questioned by high authority for Plagiarism and theft ... The music showed up in the band library under new music 2886... unknown to the person who has copyright.... The music to this day has still not given back to its original owner. So very wrong and very wrong that you have used this performance...
