I love seeing families come together at Weddings, it looked great. The only Wedding I've ever been to was when I was about six and I was a bridesmaid for my reception teacher! My mother doesn't have any cousins, brothers or sisters and my Dad has snobby family members on his side, so most Weddings the family were invited to were "No children allowed" Weddings and we couldn't leave my little sister out. :D

For most indians that I know, well South Asians for that matter, including my family, our cousins are essentially considered the same as our brothers and sisters and therefore their children are just considered our nieces and nephews.
