Center back, we only have colwell that is decent. With silva gone, we need a player of top quality that can partner colwell. Perhaps that is fofana, but I don’t think we should take the risk because players that comes back from long injuries typically don’t look the same anymore.

I don't want to sound so covinced yet but that partnership at the back with Chaloba and Silva really hit well. An experienced defender with lots of experience along with a more flexible defender like chaloba that is eager to prove himself,, that is very much better than playing 2 young flexible defenders at the back with no experience. And with Gallagher playing alongside caicedo which are 2 powe horse seems perfect which allows Chelsea play each of our attackers in there positions, mudryk on his own and madueke on his own and Signing of the season playing on his own and Imprvoed jackson on his own, everyone played in there favourable positions and we scored 6 goals against a low block team that hardly concedes goals. Our attack is starting to click.

The positioning of Gallagher and Caicedo off of the ball this game was a massive improvement. I honestly wouldn’t mind starting Challobah and Silva together for the remainder of the campaign. The Enzo Caicedo partnership is broken and I think we need to look at starting one or the other for the remainder of the season.

@@tomhinde2835 Yeah when off the ball, there positioning made it difficult for Everton to attack from the centre and the ended up pushing on the side. Malo Gusto was good but really made a couple of mistakes at the back, and cucurella really played well on the left side, cucurella now trying to get involved in the game and been able to move upfront to assist is an improvement for him. Caicedo and Conor really bossed the midfield. You are right, it's best played with caicedo and Conor or Enzo and Conor. Seems to work better. Everton which are the number team right now with set pieces couldn't score any of there set pieces. I would stick with Chaloba and Silva at the back, Axel is good but Chaloba is faster and more Flexible than Axel,. Overall Everyone was awesome.

i feel that caicedos performance today wasn’t due to the absence of enzo. i think he had more licence to carry the ball as he wasn’t playing that holding roll and that’s why he looked much better. i do think the introduction of lavia is when we will see the absolute best from both enzo and caicedo as he will be the man to sit in the midfield

Honestly, when I look at this team, I'd just say Chelsea must just throw £220 million at Musiala and Isak and sell the deadweight being Sterling, Lukaku, and unfortunately Broja has to go. Isak literally finishes every move that Jackson cannot and more. Musiala replacing Mudryk on the left would be insane. A literal maverick that would change the game in a heartbeat.
