I just started trying swimjigs a couple months ago. No luck yet. I never thought about a flat bottom jig making that kind of difference until you explained it. Would love to see a video on how you rig different styles of plastic crappie jigs explaining when, where & how you fish them. Thank you for sharing helpful knowledge as always. You have no idea how much you and Cole help less experienced people like me. Thank you.👍

Just got home from casting and fine tuning a similar rig like what you showed on here. I absolutely agree with you on the screwlock feature on the Divine jigheads. You are going to want that feature when it comes to skip casting. Nothing can be more important when it comes to keeping that head staying up on the hook instead of down on the bend. Well there are times when I'm sure that may not matter but I don't want to chance it. Good tutorial 👊👊

All those strange hooks. Just shows how different fishing in the UK is different to fishing in the USA. Once we get the all clear to fish, I wonder how these methods will work for our predators over here such as Pike and Zandar and Perch.

Why do you have to get the all clear to fish?

@@allergictoglobalists Although fishing is permitted in the UK, I am in a very high risk bracket and thus stuck in my home. On monday I am set to have a life changing procedure that will, it is hoped, relieve me of the pain I have endured for many years. However, I am still at risk from the symptoms and effects of covid.
@JareddarArt3 жыл бұрын
@@COLE_and_JAY Here in the UK they are a bit hard to catch. Preferring baits anchored to the bottom. However it may be fun to try catching them with swim baits in the summer. I know Pike will nail them if presented properly. Can't wait for that warm weather pike fishing.
