Coleman Automatic Car Wash at Phillips 66, Ashland, MO

[Recorded June 2012] I'm having to branch out a little farther from home for car wash videos now (I've filmed everything close by!). In June, I went to the small town of Ashland to film what I believe is the only car wash in town. It's an older Coleman system, and it did a decent job. Follow me on:

UPDATE: This Car Wash was Torn Down and it was turned into a McDonald’s. But McDonald’s has some great food so I can’t complain! And Water Wizard machines are notorious for wasting water.

It is no branded by Phillips 66. It just has Custom Graphics, which is a feature with Jim Coleman Company.

The Water Wizard in my video response is a Water Wizard 1.0, we have a lot of them here in North Texas!! Most of the time the Tri-Foam wax stinks, but this one was quite good!

If you watch closely on the 1.0, you'll notice that the Nozzles rotate at different times such as the one at the ABC Carwash which he's Filmed. On the 2.0 it's all Uniform and rotate at the same time, such as this one. Also the Presoak is dispensed out of separate nozzles instead of on the rotating nozzles like the 1.0 does. It's a Water Wizard 2.0

This is a water wizard 1.0 at the lake the model is 2.0

No it's not. If you watch closely on the Model, the presoak comes out of separate nozzles, which on the 1.0 it's dispensed out of nozzles mounted in the Pressure Washers. Also, the Pressure Washers on the Water Wizard 1.0 rotate at different times. On the WW 2.0, it's all Uniform. This system is Most likely a Water Wizard 2.0 for more than a few reasons.

Mikey the story most likely is they had a older system and got a 2.0 installed it horribly and ripped the decals of and made it say philips 66 without permission from the Jim Coleman company to save money and make sure they don't find out then (actually happend) the car wash was torn down to make way for a newer McDonald's and convenience store for the gas station
