Thanks for subscribing. The cabin is a 12x24 (12x20 inside). The wood stove is a Vermont Castings Aspen C3. It works great!

Thermometer is known to be inaccurate.

It looks like that stove is cast iron, you would probably have better luck with the oven on a steel one and no trivet.

Agree. I also think the thermometer may be off as I can't get it very hot on a propane stove either (which is what it's made for). Thanks for watching!

Get yourself an oven thermometer that will hang from the rack and retest. The built in thermometer can't be trusted, it's worthless.

First five minutes show walking in the snow and other ambience shots. Was hoping to see actual cooking in this and not just reheating a slice of leftover pizza.
