Maybe I'm 5 years late but this will help someone else down the line maybe 5 years later. It squeaks because when you use a clutch the inside is being scrapped. Literally the solution is to ride around until the sound goes away. You're basically using a factory new part. Idk what to clean it with when you get it dirty inside. So I just buy a new one. Like $25 for a really good clutch on amazon. You can get the bolts on amazon too. The chain is 420 and RK chain sells REALLY good chains on amazon. $35 a chain. When you put the chain on, make sure you put the open end facing away from where the chain is going. For more specific examples youtube videos on which way a chain link should face. RevZilla has a good video and how to oil and clean your chain. How often should you clean a clutch? Depends solely on how dirty your clutch is. I take mines on dirt so I do it when I clean my chain. About once a month. I just use a dry rag and get the dirt and mud off. But it's better to buy a new one I think because they're cheap. Also I've heard people say carb cleaner and brake cleaner. Some say they've been doing it for years and some say it soaks into the metal and pops back up later on

If your riding around slowly and not engaging the clutch fully you’ll have to do it more often but if your riding on the road or at higher speeds I’d say every few rides or so

Mine will go 65 take off the torque converter and the torque converter screw it will be worth it

I just got my bike and when i relese the throttle it makes a weird scraping noise and walks by itself a little. should i do this for the problem im having??

Rick R counts like throttle cable is either too tight with the zip ties, or the handle with the gasneeds to be re adjusted into correct poaition

Why can't you just put a lockwasher on top of the flat washer to lock the bolt and keep it from coming loose and backing out ?

Found the issue, whatever chinese company these were sourced from used some sort of silver paint on the inner clutch disk. This paint flakes and bubbles, gets in the spring that helps the pads expand, and also gets jammed up under the pads. Easy to fix, remove that second O ring, disassemble the clutch completely, and sand off the worst parts and put it back together. Just sucks they did such a terrible job.

3 years later and they are still doing the same thing. Have less then 3 hours in a week old RB200 and same issues inside the clutch. Cleaned out with steel wool and break cleaner. It will work for now but If I decide to keep this bike the clutch is getting upgraded to one of the American made brand that uses brass bushings.

Don't spray the bushing with brake clean.

Backtonature3333 try idaling it doun and if that doesn’t work try cluch that’s the only 2 things that would make that happen so if it keeps doing it bring it to a shop and get them to if you’re not a machanic lol

Idle it down it’s nothing to do with the cluch it’s idled up to high

It has heat damage then you’ll have to take it apart and sand the shoes down cut a few coils off the spring so it has better tension

You can go to the hardware store and buy the bolt i lost mine and had one that fit laying around. It kept coming loose so I put medium thread locker and it never came out again :)

After I take the ring off the shell doesn't slide off . What do I do ??

Better yet, save yourself the head ache and get a comet TAV2 clutch conversion. Way simple

Why don’t eny if y’all go find a Baja worior miny bike and get something worth buying I have had mine for 2 or 3 years now and haven’t had eny problems with the moter or welds it has been fine so go buy you something worth buying not a pice of crap a Baja has front suspension but no back 😢😢 but it’s better than no suspension 😂 so if you want somthing nice get a Baja not that junk

Your exactly right colmens have junk motores a bad jack shaft set up and have no suspension on it in my opinion a Baja miny bike is a bad ass bike with a. Real motor

Don't think BAJA is in business anymore...you go on the web site and click on any model of any type vehicle and it says "DISCONTINUED"...BAJA Motors got sued by consumers and fined by US Government so that probably did them in. So much for your rough tough machine there babble head.... Go buy a Coleman...they are still around.. HA!!!!!!!!!!

You could use either brake cleaner or carb cleaner. These can be found in any auto parts store. Do not use WD40 or other oil based spray products.
