remove the throttle limiting screw and remove the throttle limiting spring you'll get minimum 27 mph mine hits 31 its fun.

great video bro looks like a fun bike I have the Coleman ct200u ...it's been a great little bike my only complaint ....it's a rough ride no suspension but it's fun and I have a blast on it.. keep your bolts tight... your chain lube.. your clutch lubed have a blast... and change your oil often

one thing to do when it goes slow there is a massive speed reductor and it is a screw that holds the throttle and you remove it you have a 11 mph speed gain!

Atwood’s here in Oklahoma has a Coleman minibike similar to this one but it has a rear disk break and says it’s too speed is 25mph. Max weight is 200 pounds. I weigh about 180. It’s on sale for $399 so I am thinking of getting it.

The kickstand is like that on the CT200U too. You were calling it a foot peg but I think you meant kickstand. Anyways it is a pain, Maybe there's a way to bend the mount tab out or shorten the kickstand or something.

I have the same bike it's a hinsun 196cc engine stock( made in the USA ) it says in the owner manual also on a card in the shipping box also I had mine for about 5 weeks and haven't broken it

The motor is a knock off honda ohv motor. Its also the same as harbor freights predator 6.5 hp 212cc motor...motor is basically bulletproof

My guess would be you need to buy snap ring pliers...take off the clutch. Using the snap ring pliers remove the ring ...then clutch will come apart ...then you need to GREASE THE CLUTCH. and do so regularly ..this stops the bike from wanting to move .. the clutch is dry

I picked one of these up a few weeks ago so I could ride around with my daughters who each have the original ct200u we gave them for Christmas. Recently I found out that Coleman has switched from the Lifan motors with a 3/4 inch shaft to these Hisun motors with a 5/8 inch shaft. Now to install the CVT that I picked up I will have to upgrade to a Predator 212cc motor.

Yea, im disappointed about the engine they used, It started bogging randomly again then went away. I am going to see about replacing to a predator 212 or maybe even a 420 depending if it will fit and if it does, ill make a video on it. Also, thanks for watching!

The 420 will probably fit if you went with a high flow air intake and a header to lower the motor height and you would have to relocate the fuel tank, but it might work. The 212cc has so many upgrades that will make that thing fly on the cheap though. I will probably get the 212cc then get the power up kit with the header, air intake and re-jet the carb for another 3hp or so and call it good.

Adjust the throttle/governor Screw to get more Speed. I weight 275 lbs, and mine goes 24 mph Stock, just from adjusting the screw. The screw is set at 18 mph so Parents can slow their kids down, and adjust it up to match speed preference. I keep mine set just below the point that the governor would kick in. If you install a Torque Convertor, you may as well remove the governor while you have the engine opened up. Also, visit the Facebook Page ... "The Coleman CT200U Family" ... Hey man a couple of things you can do very simply to increase your speed is turn the set screw out on the carburetor this will allow the butterfly to open up and increase your fuel you can also under the gas tank put a tie strap on the spring loaded throttle arm this will disengage your governor and allow the engine to rev higher giving you more top-end you can also change your rear sprocket and buy a stage 1 Performance Kit which comes with a header pipe and Muffler a custom air breather and a larger carburetor jet this will wake this engine up I've done it to the Coleman CTU 200 my mini bike gets close to 40 miles an hour... they are a blast!!!.... One other thing to keep in mind when they are manufactured and shipped they only use a silicone spray on the engine shaft which is where your clutch will be riding my advice to you is remove the clutch Grease the shaft with a high temp Grease check all your bolts and nuts as soon as you unbox it and it wouldn't be out of the question to put a little Loctite on those threads remember change your oil frequently the more you ride the more frequently you change the oil roughly every 10 hours with a good quality motor oil those engines are designed to run 4 years key to longevity is simple maintenance... The engine is a Honda clone. If you put the tork convertor on you will get more speed but will not do as well uphill. If you want something with a better engine you can not get anything under $2500.00.

(yes that's really how the foot used to be standardized) And height is measured in centimetres, not millimetres, by the rest of the world. Not just by Europeans. Don't worry though, in a cohesive measurement system such as the metric system all you need to do to convert is divide whatever you said by 10. Makes much more sense than the imperial system.
