I have the bt200x and the rpm before could go to 5,000 but we took out a screw so the throttle can go down more and now the rpm is like 8,500 or 9,000 so it went from 20 mph to 42 mph because we did a test and also buy better gas so the 91 rated

For this high rpm you need 22lb valve springs and a billet rod because you engine break

Without springs, billet rod, and billet fly wheel this isn’t possible

First of all the throttle crew is set at around 3600-3800rpm out of the box stock and 5500 -5700 rpm without stop screw then valve float starts to happen on those stock 10.8lb springs. Luckily that valve float acts as a rev limiter to protect your rod and flywheel from exploding under all that rpm

Yes I agree. it’s clutch driven but has a jack shaft, will probably swap it for a torque converter. Will probably put a smaller sprocket on rear hoping to get around 30-35mph top speed.

the motor is definitely lagging. For around 160 you can get a 212 predator from harbor freight and i guarantee that will kick up that top speed

@@Bataha I installed a header pipe upgraded air filter and upgraded carb and it hits 26mph if u remove the governor with those parts it’ll hit 50 probably

That's slow for 200ccs . I'm 6' and 215 lb MY 47cc's mini Dirt bike takes me 26 mph even I. A 25-30degree asphalt hill .. I will admit that the Coleman's minibike are prettier.
