I tried the ratchet strap method and then I went back to standing on the rim on a flower pot (beefy one) to bead one side and I push the rim over (to close the gap) and add air at the same time. It is hands down the easiest way to do mini bike tires. I was going to make a video but I left "mini bike life" and deleted my real name FB account. I really want a new Coleman now.

These are good ones to have if you're just planning on owning one mini bike. These are a good budget option for someone like me looking to build a budget adventure bike. I want to ride some trails.

The clone "wanda" tires that came on my bt200x were like ice. Sunf made a huge difference

The Kenda Scorpions hooked up better in the snow then my Power2 rear on my Trailmaster and the A027s I ran on my 212pro. The A027 would definitely do better in hard cornering situations.

Good choice on the tires. I keep saying I'm going to buy tire spoons but it never happens lol. The bike handles and runs awesome. Great job my friend 🔧👍

Does this bike have more or less ground clearance than the Go power sports one?

The Mega moto 212 or Trailmaster? GPS doesn't make either one, they just carry the brand. It has less than a Trailmaster but is a better all around bike. The can be lifted easily with a kit, even with shocks it'd not expensive considering the price is a few hundred less to start. As far as the mega moto with the bolt on swingarm.....not worth it.

You're welcome! I am quite impressed. I honestly didn't think they'd do as good as they did in the snow. VA must be beautiful to ride.

With the spring in that position on the governor arm you shouldn't see the max RPM governor function. I ran a few top out tests on the road with my bikes and never seen max governed. The 224 topped out at 5600 RPM. Back when I was running the jackshaft I could turn the screw in far enough for 4500 RPM max governed for the stock engines. If I ever got new tires it would be those Kendas. I'm still running the now 7 year old stock Coleman tires. They don't wear when you keep them off the road.

It feels somewhere around 4k under load. I'd like to see closer to 5 out of it.

Hey man love your videos! I have a RSV as well. I did the first clean/ lube of the front drive of the CVT. Now my bike is lagging and not engaging the belt like before. Any advice? Please and thank you.

Everybody says it handles better than the Trailmaster (after switching to knobby tires, because the factory tires have crappy traction off-road) because it has lower center of gravity. I ordered the RT200 while it was still $599 from Walmart (before the inflation hit during Brandon's regime) it's a way better design than my Coleman 200ex which had cheap looking skinny frame rails and foot pegs too far forward

got a set of sunf a051’s for my ct200uex i’ll be throwing on soon. new set of tires is probably the best upgrade for these types of bikes.

It made a huge difference. The stock EX tires aren't as bad the V-treads but you will definitely get a better result. The SunF Tires are a great buy.

They will but I'd suggest you look into the Robby Morris swingarm tabs. They are bolt on. The 21s go best with a 60t Sprocket. The lift requires taller shocks as well as spacers to extend the front fork tubes. The ground and fender clearance are increased considerably. Red Beard has a set too but I haven't seen many of them in the RSV Facebook group. The RSV is a great bike and you made a terrific investment for the fun you will have with it. On the stock sprocket and suspension I'd recommend sticking to 20s.

Sweet bike.. Do you know if a predator non hemi flywheel will fit on a jf 200 from a trailmaster ?

No. The Trailmaster uses 196 or gx200 flywheels.

I'm working a lot and extremely limited on free time. It's been a rough transition into spring, repairs around home, to my truck, trees down or dying and need to be processed before they are wasted. I legitimately have content to make just waiting for time. 😆 still riding this RSV every chance I can. Governor still in too!
