You should start showcasing your videos at night, with intros transitioning from daytime to night time so viewers can see what the house will look like at night with the ambient lighting. 🎉🎉 keep them coming…. Also, when cameras approach windows have them look down, so that viewers can see the view from above.

I guess I’m odd man out. I hate this house. It’s so all over the place with too many types and colors of wood, from dark ashy colored to the orangy oak, to the rustic barn wood and lady but not least, rustic coastal looking wood. It looks like 20 different stagers were in there doing their own thing without talking it over with the others. Simply no cohesiveness. The finishes are so cheap looking as well. I wouldn’t pay even half of the asking price. Great tour though. You guys are always the best.

Absolutley agree with you! BTW, did ya notice the cheap appliances? $3.5mm should get any buyer an ultra high end appliance package, not Kitchen Aide..... Also, unfinished concrete garage floors??...Jeeze, maybe spend $8k for some poly floor coating in those garages! Just 100% not worth the $ they asking... Many of these middle TN builders are GRASPING...They need to fine tune their craftsmanship if they want to get this higher price point and focus on finish work. Cheap Home Depot air retuns and floor vents? Stop already! Just because it's a bigger home, doesn't mean it should command more $. Especially if it's a bunch of builder grade crap!

I agree with you I don't like the floor plan of this house or what's up with all the mix of styles. Barn doors beong on barns, they're out of style. And what's up with the no wands in every shower that's an epic fail. I didn't see Outlets enough in the kitchen there just not there I'll take a second look but I didn't see any , another fail. Layout is quirky .

I love this house. I’m in California and a 3.5 million dollar house would be 1,500 sq.ft. Fixer upper In Newport Beach. If only we could move our companies to Tennessee. Someday 😊

What is going on with some of the finishes in this house!? Laundry and mud room floor tiles, kitchen backsplash are awful. The downstairs shower tiles and bathroom titles look like off cuts…. Great tour though Thankyou!

@00:46 if you pause the video and look at the electrical outlet, it’s very crooked. Then let your eyes wander down to the cupboard doors. Am I on glue or are they also way off? The one door to the rights crystal pull looks very different from the left one. Like the left one is too far left. Maybe it’s a democrat leaning cupboard. lol. Edit: as for the videos, you guys always do such a great job on presenting the homes. This is no reflection on you or your agency! Keep up the great work. I enjoy watching the tours.

Am I not just seeing it but there are no outlets on that wall in the kitchen where the range-top is I didn't see one. Really don't like tile in the mudroom laundry area makes me dizzy. At this price point I expect of pot filler above the range and a shower wand in every single shower! Oh and if I can put a bidet in my bathroom I think every single bathroom should have a bidet as well, I'm tired of the ugly old toilets please, at this price point, come on. I thought you said this house was Tuscan well it's only Tuscan on the outside, Barn doors belong on barns they're out of style. You do a pretty good job of camera work. Nice tour.

The house is new but the finish is already dated. Too many distressed details and those tiles for the mudroom, laundry and garage entryway will always look filthy even when cleaned due to the poor tile selection. I do like the built ins but this poor house has been over designed.
