Very nice home! Too bad Florida has so many hurricanes! I have family who live in Florida and they spend a FORTUNE on Insurance!. I will take my chances on my log cabin in Ohio. We get tornadoes but we don't pay like FLA does for insurance. The home is still Stunning. Thanks for showing it!

Sooo there's no refrigerator in the kitchen at the 1st carriage house & where's tge "bedroom", simply a space with 2 sitting areas 🤔 ...how does that work out? Both carriage houses should have been a replica of the other. Carriage house #2 was cute and quant. Beautiful property, but for $11M I'd think not one detail would have been missed in this 4 bedroom 6 bathroom listing.

Santa Rosa Beach Florida is in a very high-risk hurricane zone. The insurance (if you can get it 🙁) may be double the cost of the home. Beautiful home not in an ideal location.
