Must. Go. To. Bentonville. That place looks amazing, the road gap drop looked big, amazing variety, Rock soft looks like a completely different place. Top notch video as always!

So much stuff happening in just this small spot alone. Thanks for watching! What do you think of this longer format? I’m always torn between shorter videos and more comprehensive longer cuts.

Jordan Byron It looks similar to Dupont where the climbs we'rent huge, and the flow was good, getting into the Pisgah Forest had longer climbs and bomb decents, you'll love ALL of it though!

Jordan Byron from the bottom I was like “easy” but when I got to the top it’s WAY steeper looking. Do you just ride off the edge or are you treating it like a small drop?
@JordanByron5 жыл бұрын
It’s been a while but if I recall correctly I gave it a little pop at the top to compensate for the lip. But for me I find the less I over think and work the bike on features like that the better off I do. Our bikes are extremely capable and 9 times out of 10 they’ll just roll.

Yes. Coler is everything you said and more. Oscar’s loop is not bad at all. It’s enough to give your legs a break from the wild downhill ride. My favorite is Cease & Decist, but maybe that’s because I didn’t try Rock Solid. Next trip to NorthWest Arkansas, Rock Solid! The Back 40 is fantastic! 20 miles of non-stop awesome riding. GQ

I was here last year and it looks like they put a lot of work to build these trails and they look pretty cool BUT is not true downhiil and by this I mean you have to pedal a lot to be able to get speed for the jumps, is just not steep enough Bentonville just does't have the elevation for any worthy DH trails period, sure they do have some good xc traiils but thats about it. No mountains here just small hills.
@JordanByron6 жыл бұрын
Thanks for commenting Elliott. I personally don't consider pedaling to be an excluding factor when rating a trail "down hill", but some people don't think a trail system can be DH if it doesn't have a lift line, so what do I know haha. Thanks for watching.
@elliott-mtb55996 жыл бұрын
@@JordanByron I don't mind pedaling up, I pedal 5-6 mi uphill in CO mountains sometimes but the DH is a blast (Fooses Creek Trl for example)..in Bentonville I had to pedal going downhill just to gain the speed to clear the jumps, btw nice video
@MountainPerson6 жыл бұрын
Downhill riding and downhill trails are pretty clearly downhill trails. As in world cup downhill racing tracks and not pedal fests. Awesome trails nonetheless
