That's why they have to attend boot camp with extroadinary awareness ( heightened awareness). Every step of the way will be emb dded in their mind (subconscious) from which they will draw realizations as time goes by. But usually they'll forget at first or the entire boot camp will become chaos in their head's. Once home, they will reflect on the entire boot camp and pit what they done and learnt, ( including all their blunders) against their ' home gaming', until it all comes tight and right. The subconscious will release the data learnt on boot camp ( which becomes their backbone) and success becomes theirs...and success be comes mastery over time

Go watch the dudes in field.. This is a discussion.. Ask psychologists about simple social behavior... They will go in depth.. When you act you won't be "thinking" about all this. But afterwards you break it down into a science and talk about it... Alot of athletes are nerdy about what they do.. It's just that this is a field directly related to getting women.. That's why it seems so "nerdy".

There's also science to lifting weights or mma fighting. Physics do affect us on daily basis, if i get cut do i not bleed? And how much blood loss before i pass out? Science behind it will tell. We need smart surgeons to fix us when we are in trouble, I am very thankful to scientific minded people, its what made world we live in today. Thank you.
