That's so cool, man! I don't believe in super heroes. My father was no hero, he was never there. Neither was my brother and that pisses me off, because fathers and brothers should take care and protect their daughters and sisters. When I got my little sister, I loved her from the moment I saw her. When she told me she was bullied at school, of course I took care of it. I stood there watching every break she had at school for three years, so they shouldn't bother her. I'd die for her. I do look up to people though. I find inspiration in others. I've never suffered that type of addiction but so many of friends of many years got hooked on it throughout time but lately it's out of control. It kills me to lose so many good people. Your songs have affected a few of my friends and they listened to your stuff always and I think it inspires them too keep fighting in their sobriety. It's so hard I was on pain pills and I was running them one night I done 40 op 20s God was watching over me that night for sure I have an 8 year old daughter and I have been off the pain pills for a while and then a friend of mine was doing cocaine and I got on that for a while and I am trying to stay clean and all people want to do is pull you back in they don't want to see you succeed and I know I can and I am stronger than they think I am but I know deep down I will have to put distance between them and me so they can't drag me down again I was clean 4 years and I started the cocaine when I herd this I know I can relate to a lot of what he is talking about

No one can make that decision for you. Until that day, you will have darkness, loneliness, sorrow, and truly be dead. Once you put the needle down slowly things will come back to you. It will take time but things will come back, life will come back, feelings will come back, hope will come back, your willpower will come back, and most of all your will to fight every day to battle your addiction will be there. Putting a drug down know matter how you use does not matter, it's the choice to not feed that addiction. I wish you nothing but good luck and my first prayer for you is to get help, my second prayer is for you to stick with that help, my second prayer for you is to find a good support system and a higher power, my third prayer is to make amends, and my most important prayer for you to find what little of you is left in you and let it fight out to the top. That is what will make you put that drug down, because that little part of the you before drugs remembers what life was really like.
