The other guitarist is Chris Caddell - he is awesome too. A mate of mine from years back. He actually replaced me in one of my old bands...no grudge tho - he is fantastic :)

He needs a better bridge stock on the neck for bending like that. I've been a fan of Colins' since Guitar Player magazine named him the greatest unknown guitarist from Canada. But I tell you what doesn't KZbin Rock for letting us watch great artists like Colin James for free.

why would such a talented singer play demonic stuff? Ignorance or just follows the money.

Actually a prairie boy. He opened for SRV 30 years ago and Stevie gave Colin his guitar to play when something went wrong with his.

When he tells the story he talks about how heavy of strings Stevie used. His hand was screaming at the end of the nnight

we all know who he is in Canada...don't worry, but the crap that is in the media makes it seems anyone who can open their mouth is a celebrity...

Major talent. Every time I've seen him, he has some misfunction with his guitar, the string tree, the bridge edge. Every time.

Something wrong with his guitar, he has to correct it multiple times. When the set is over he is quick to get rid of it. Brilliant guitarist.. just something wrong with that guitar.
@poormansguitar54714 жыл бұрын
the string came unhinged fro the single tree..its a part the string sits under after the neck bridge...it happens alot on guitars when ya slam and bend etc..lol..lock nuts are great!

I can never forgive this little puke for plagiarizing ZZ Top's La Grange, on some "stepping on a stone", or whatever it was called. Absolutely shameless and almost note for note. Indications are they've swept it under the rug, but I do hope it cost him, bigtime,
@JohnLee-mf4sc9 жыл бұрын
you are a little puke. to even for a moment to deflame this great artist and make a comparison you show your true colours. I would like to hear some of your music and see if millions of people agree with you. with the beatles the rolling stones from roy orbison elvis Presley, a big gigantic fuck you
@EnigmaOnThe5th9 жыл бұрын
jimicata1 luv hearing the ppl who've done fuck-all with their lives trying to trash musicians LOL!
@3habaneros9 жыл бұрын
jimicata1 you stupid fuck, you don't even know the name of the song
@marcroy27058 жыл бұрын
+jimicata1 You're right. I'm sure ZZ Top never stole from anybody.... I'm sure John Lee Hooker might have had something to say about where "La Grange" comes from.
@KentShepherd8 жыл бұрын
+jimicata1 It's called homage, and is a time honored blues tradition. It's only stealing when it's not obvious or it's not popular enough to be obvious. Like... John Lee Hooker's One Shot, One Bourbon, and One Beer...
