I love how in overhead replay shots, like at 14:04-14:06, the car is rendered on top of the trees in front of it

Because you say the difference between the PAL and NTSC-U/C versions of the game where Colin Mcrae was replaced by Ned Jarrett for the rally videos and Nicky Grist was replaced by an unknown co-driver for the pace notes, here's a link for the difference between these versions.
