My dad had this on his PC. He had a Thrustmaster wheel and pedals, I must’ve been about 6 or 7, and used to sit on his lap and steer whilst he did the pedals. I wish i could relive that once more.

I remember back in 2010-2012 i used to have colin mcrae rally for my parents computer. And i can still remember thinking how insane the graphics were. It was already the 2010s so back these graphics started to get kinda bad at that time. Now this was because the computer was no gaming computer so it couldn't handle WRC 1. But when i was looking for some stuff in my basement i found the dusty colin mcrae CD. I couldn't get it to run anymore tho. But it was a few legendary years i played it.

Still one of the best rally games that most get back to. The graphics were outstanding and the improvement from the previous title was phenomenon. I am still into this game when I want some rally action, not the titles that came after which ruined Collin Macrae's previous titles.

What you mean support 4k? 4k is just resolution. Just pick it i video setting lol or set in regedit. Magical 4k.

Maybe some game what didnt even support full hd, didnt support 4k but 90% of old games got typical 4k res in video setting to set. Its noting new. Its depens what monitor you have. Games or windows just read graphic driver info what resolution support your monitor. Its not magic, its nothing new... its typical. For example old need for speed games like underground or most wanted didnt support widescreen or even full hd. You need mod them. But a lot of games support 4k with no problem when developers didnt screw it.

Take a look at modern Rally games. Beautiful huh? And now watch the real WRC broadcasts. They are nondescript, sometimes gloomy. Because this is real life, it is often plain. And Colin mcrae Rally 04 and 05 - perfectly conveyed a realistic color scheme! So far, the game looks very realistic. She is plain, gloomy, dirty. Very realistic. Correct her physics a little bit and there will be candy.

Oh, I'm so disappointed. I have the rally game Colin McRae Rally 2005 as CD version. I got the game in May 2021 and then installed it as normal. Finally an error showed, it is only compatible with older operating systems, for example with Windows 95, 98, 2000 or with Windows XP. I still have Windows 10 and unfortunately it doesn't work. I would like to play the game. I say good video and good game.

Why does CMR2005 cant't recognise my GeForce 1660Ti and can use only fucking Intel HD integrated graphics? DgVoodoo doesn't help though. And it has low FPS at max settings but it's a game of 2004. Any ideas?
