I always remember the promo for a fight between Colin and Manny Clark its still on there its a right naughty promo and again so ahead of its time. Really glad I watched this episode. Deep deep character. Reminds me of a really good and genuine person no longer here. Mental health is c@@t and the feelings you ve had past few years have most definitely been a tough journey. Life changes in a moment and won’t be the same again. Potentially your mom might have caught Covid from somewhere else, either way whilst we have never met, it’s clear to me that you love your mom and your mom loves you. I used to think it was absolutely nonsense until I suffered from a nervous breakdown, then I got into bee keeping and nature and had my own Spiritual awakening at Arbow Low in Derbyshire. Even the biggest, toughest person in the world will be understanding and sympathetic to mental health issues if they have suffered from them. I didn't want to talk about mine because I also felt weak as Colin has said. But in the end I just had to talk

Good podcast, as a Gillingham boy all the spots and names make it feel like I'm living it with Colin. On another note, I'm clean 2 years now BUT my doctors had me on Tramadol for more than a year now and a lot of things mentioned were really relevant to me. I've recently become aware that due to my prescription that I've developed an addiction for Tramadol. The lows are getting really bad and I don't want to up my dose more, or even take it any longer. Can anyone help or have any experience with the problem. I hate this dependency and I can't handle the lows and physical pain it gives.

Tramadol are a nice little buzz my mate had tons of them his nan didn't end up using, dunno what dose they were but 3/4 with a few drinks was very nice, almost like MDMA , they actually use them for depression in some countries , I tried getting some of my doctor but could only get 3 cause he knows I got drug problems . . Like codeine though quickly lost the buzz and started feeling a bit angry on them and more depressed , my receptors must be shot cause whatever drug I do I only get a week or so pleasure then I'm done, drugs in 40s very different to 20s...stay strong

Good one this was it's nice to see a new face. I see him fight on KZbin at those unlicensed boxing matches. But didnt know nothing about him normally you see the same person on a 100 different podcasts. Nice to have a fresh story mate. Dana white said that steve Murry was a nutcase 😂. If colin reads this my Oldman died in 2018 on December the 15th at 3.26pm. Half hour after he died a flower opened up on the Bush outside his bedroom window and he loved gardening all landscape stuff. He would moan at me for picking some or trying to do karate kicks on them as a kid he would go mental at me and my friends. Dont pick because you have just killed that like it was a real person's life but he is right as soon as you pick it it's dead. Anyway I was also praying for a good week I would say just for a sighn he is safe. Anyway my old dear was their and the syringe he used for squirting oral morv in his mouth flew off the chair next to his bed that he died on. He hated the taste of it then the tele started turning on and off only a couple of times but I knew they were all signs that their is something after this life that gave me so much closure. And I'm not religious but I have faith like Jon bon Jovi said you gotta keep the faith. My oldman died of lung cancer if I knew that story about your mate 6yrs ago I would of slipped a bit of the old devils dandruff to me oldman 100 % 😂.
