Michael Kelly is a down to earth, honest man with a terrific sense of humour. Not egotistical, merely truthful. A welcomed breath of fresh air when it comes to podcasts. After having a little banter with him on a social site. I respectfully coined a phrase to describe him, and with respect, I informed him of it. The phrase is. "A Gentleman Among Thugs" I believe that it is well deserved. I would suggest that any future podcast host should use it as an introduction. I have also tried to convince him to write his own book as he has great, and amusing tales to tell apart from his Hollywood days. And not giving anybody up in the process. His explanation as to Tony Tucker being a little self protective when it come to a fight, trying to avoid facial damage due to his vanity. I would describe him as being a side-charger. A personality who would let the real hard men take the brunt, and then come in as an assistant. If that? Michael, or Mick, as some people call him, is old school reliable!

Doorman here. There’s ways and means to get lads out the easy way . If the place is shutting you give timed friendly warnings. So guys were shutting in 20 mins time to start finishing off . Ten mins after you go again and remind them come on fellas get them down more drinking less chatting and then say you going anywhere else and let them know where to go if asked or the vibe is they’d might like to know . 5 mins left if they haven’t gone the lights are up and music off you gotta tell bar staff to do this as usually they are drunk or sniffed up and won’t help the door staff , with that done you loudly start shouting time to go folks be safe be lucky but get yourself home and anyone now still sat there you stand with them so they get the hint and make a joke about they need a job here they must like it so much . My job is to get em out but remind them we will do it again and thanks for coming. That’s the way I do it and it works 👍
