He is leaving, when he started in college there was no NIL, and his selling point of not going to the NFL was due to not wanting to coach millionaires. With the NIL now he is coaching kids getting 6 and 7 figures, he is now dealing with the money part but it isn't structured at all. He is going to coach in the NFL because it is structured financially, college is years away from being somewhat structured financially.
