Couldn't agree more. Jerry is total control freak and who wants to coach there under Jerry's Big Top Circus. They will never attract a great candidate with him behind the curtain controlling all the levers and switch's. I'd pass and Dion will get other better coaching opportunities down the road and get one where he has a say who the GM is or go to a team with an already good GM that he can at least have serious input into who is on his staff and personel. It's way to hard to be a GM and a coach in NFL. Just Jimmy Johnson and Bill Belicheck.

As someone who returned to Cu last year to get my master's, let me tell you the work Deon is doing in Boulder goes way beyond coaching football. The school gives him a tone of freedom and slack to do what he wants. They even have a class about branding and leadership built around him, and he and his team are actively involved with it. Also, many of his brand endorsements and advertising work are done through an advertsing agency in Boulder. The man alone brought in over 100 million to the local economy and saw the school saw an astronomical spike in both applications and merch sales. Now tell me, where in the NFL will coach Prime have as much freedom and impact on both a team and the surrounding community as he does in Colorado?
