Collage with botanical theme No 28

This is the 28 collage in a series with a botanical theme. I will be using different techniques such as gelli printing and stitching. All papers are my own prints. How many I will make, I don’t know yet.
The gelli plate is a fantastic tool. You can put all kind of mediums on it and pull it of with acrylic paint or matte medium. Here I used chalk pastels and lifted the drawing off with white acrylic paint. My plate is many year old and well loved, so that's why it has got this yellowish color, but that doesn't matter, it is a workhorse. Se the possibilities in things around you, like the warping of my chopsticks from last time I had Sushi. Also I used merc. cotton thread for the embroidery stitching.
