My Mom's & grandma used to take us shopping there, and when it closed they started taking us to the Sears & Roebuck's in Huntington Park... lol can't forget the Roebuck's when you're talking to my grandma...My Paternal grandma lived on Butler between Lindsey and Myrrh. My Maternal grandma lived around the corner on Harris between Myrhh and Compton Blvd, then she moved to the Campanella Apartments of Rosecrans until she passed.
