He is definitely in the same boat as Pierro. Both travelled with the twin and were high up in pre-fall Khaenri'ah. Pierro being a Royal Mage and Dainsleff being the "Twilight Sword", A captain of the Royal Guard. It's obviously only theory crafting because we know virtually nothing on either of these characters, but people theorize Dainsleff is stronger than Pierro due to their positions prior to the fall of Khaenri'ah and what they're doing currently
