So awesome that you got this collection complete! I just love the packaging of NGPC games! They hold up surprisingly well for cardboard. I'm still collecting for the system, but not hard pressed to complete it as you well know, it's a pain.

Amazing that you got em all, let alone in this superb condition!! I remember the games I had came with shock boxes and soon after the first wave of games, SNK decided to change the package to cardboard boxes. Man I wish snk publish a mini console like the arcade machines. I really miss these games!

This is amazing! Such an incredible little console with so many great games. I collected every NGCD game, with some of them being very niche and tricky to find. Your video brings back some fun memories!

Incredible! Congratulations man! Growing up, my local department store actually did carry these briefly, though I didn't get one until a few years later at a used game store. Kid me would have been just as gaga at seeing this collection as adult me is now...🤩🙌

@@Bubblun1 It was the PNW regional Fred Meyer chain. They were eventually bought out by Kroger, but don't think that happened until later? Their electronics section always had the new games and strategy guides and console kiosks. I had to mostly window shop, but my goodness, it was like Mecca to me...

@@rummyraisin That makes sense and reinforces my Coastal distribution by SNK theory. I've seen some pretty rare sealed games for other systems with Fred Meyer stickers so clearly they carried some oddball stuff.

@@Bubblun1 Yes indeed, think that's an astute theory you have about distribution. I remember other places having NGPC stuff out here too, like the Hollywood Video affiliated Game Crazy chain (which is where I ended up getting my used system)

I been meaning to tell you. I found a mint Gauntlet legends cab that was just up the road from me in Olathe on Craigslist. I didnt want to spend the money but I never see that cab. And a side joke to this story I got a promotion but its all the way in Wichita 😂 the 3 cabinets I have will cost the most out of everything.

I bet! I'm happy with the Japanese NGCD releases with English language mode set to on in the hardware for that reason.
