Thank you for that!!! :) I have the same feeling in my preschool - theoretically we are not told to do any particular observations but I'd rather have some system just in case and for myself and my co-teacher, so we keep track of stuff.

In our kindergarten we are provided with an ipad and we have a software that we use (the school pays for it annually) wherein we take pictures of the children and if for example a photo includes a group of children then we go to each child's profile and tick the corresponding learning goal related to the picture, then it goes straight to parents' accounts so they could monitor their child as well.
