I think I might be agoraphobic. It's not really that I'm afraid to go outside though, more that I get anxious being out of my home, away from my medication, bed and bathroom, to the extent that I never go more than 15minutes away from home.

@@dyent I can just about put the bins out. Graded Exposure and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) can be helpful. Have you got a therapist?

@@Beanie1984 That sucks man. I was seeing a counsellor through an autism support centre that I was referred to a couple of years ago, but unfortunately the pandemic ended it. I'm lucky though, the lockdown caused by the pandemic actually helped my mental health quite a lot - less of the mentally beating myself up for feeling incapable of doing things, and more ability to socialise because of more people being online with free time.
