Some great titles Fish! That Criterion sale always feels so gluttonous I could get so many, I recently just picked up two titles from the Criterion sale being John Water's Polyester & Tootsie w/ Dustin Hoffman.

Dogfight is excellent. River Phoenix and Lili Taylor give great performances. It's one of my favorite of the 90's. I think you'll enjoy it.

Blue Velvet is one of my all time favourite films Just got Trainspotting as well, another top film for me Foreign films are some of my faves. Have you seen Hausu, Cure, Y Tu Mama Tambien, or The Piano Teacher? Also anything by Almodovar is amazing. He has three films on Criterion, but one great one that isn’t is The Bad Education which I picked up recently, great twisty lgbtq story

I've been giving Blue Velvet a close look. If I don't get it now. I'm sure I will in the next sale. Great pick-up with Trainspotting! I haven't seen any of those. I've only seen a handful of foreign films. I'm always open to suggestions.

@@fish_thefilmcollector Excellent. I think about a quarter of my collection is foreign films lol. Lots from Japan and Korea especially. I’m currently watching the Korean film A Taxi Driver and it is an absolute masterpiece about a true historical event. Definitely check that one out if you can
