Hey! I have to use a rubber insert too! You can put in the back heel of pumps to keep your heel from coming out. I like the brown better than the clear options.

Ohh ok I got a large and it’s a little oversized but I wouldn’t go down to a medium. I normally wear a large or XL in tops and coats. Does that help?

Don't keep the blue pump it's to big for you. I can tell you are walking out of them. You will get a blister on your heel. Send them back.
