In a democracy IAS officers shouldnt be treated like gods. India should learn from other governments to get out of this mentality. IAS officers should live in housing board setups to learn how to behave normally and learn humility, it can even be a luxury housing board but IAS officers these days are disconnected from reality of the people they serve. They live in a different world when a common man lives in a different world.
