One thing you guys missed on the one with fender damage, the description says "seat belts locked up". That means the seat belt pre-tensioners have fired, this car took a much harder hit than the fender damage suggests.

Honestly you guys have so many random nuggets of experience, uber-specific knowledge, or random wisdom about certain models (like in the mr2 video about tiny parts of the rear top paintjob liner and engine turbulence) that i do wish it was condensed along with helpful rants into videos/playlists or webpage posts. Like stuff to upgrade or leave alone, traits of a real version of x car vs modded, what stuff is good, what's bad, what's just a bad deal, primary rusting areas or issues, red flags, etc. Etc. Etc. So much random helpful knowledge that isn't really outright explained to young/un-knowledgeable buyers or compiled anywhere that you just obtain via trial, error, and time in the hobby between roasting of clapped jdm car #609

idk, a $10k BRZ with 80k on the clock sounds WAY more appealing to me than $30k for a new one with ~25 more hp, but it definitely depends on your situation/priorities/etc

Actually, just wanna say that a lot of builds are done in certain ways because kids post pictures of their car that they really love, and then someone on tiktok saying it'll look good with 30 degree camber like whaaa. And these kids think that since they are first time car owners and models that the commenters are probably more experienced than they are. Which they arent most of them are 11 year old kids. I have a mazda 6, temporary until I can afford a mazda speed6, because for 8k you can actually get an obtainable decent and tunable car. All I want is enough power to have a little fun and some decent slightly lowered slightly larger wheels for good fitment. Fill out the wheelwell, not try to cram something that doesnt fit in there. Light, very light camber I like driving backroads, would appreciate the slight better handling. You should have a vision of what you want. If someone else gives you the idea DONT DO IT. If it isnt something you wanted then dont build something for someone else

Every kid wants to slap junk parts on it to be "different" not realizing different usually = bad.
