I honestly think this was the most entertaining vlog this entire year for many reasons. I love the content, the music, the humor, the place where you're staying... it's all just _so good._ Seeing you and Erik enjoy yourselves in new ways is a huge part of it too. It feels like a mini-movie or something. I know she probably don't think of her vlogs like that, but honestly this vlog was incredible on so many levels. It's pretty close to some others in the past, "Taking a Pregnancy Test... again" from July is another one of my favorites, but I honestly think this one takes the cake.

Bugs are supper important actually and without bugs most living things would not be alive. We would have hardly any flowering plants since they need pollinators (which are bugs) to make the flowers. Also bugs are a very important part of the food chain. Without bugs most birds couldn’t eat and bats would all be gone. Also some bugs are so cool like praying mantises, butterflies,fireflies,and cicadas. Even spiders are very important. Without them the world would have more bugs and almost be taken over by them. Next time you kill a bug think about it, it’s importance in nature, and it’s life you are ending.

I genuinely love colleen, after so many years too. and i never comment on youtube videos but i just want to express my love for her. She has been one of the only youtubers i have stuck with since i started watching youtube when I was younger. I think a lot of it is to do with the fact that colleen hasn’t become a “brand” if that makes sense? she doesn’t have a huge team of production to edit her videos and social media posts and all that jazz. Her merch was created by one person that she clearly gets along super well with and she often invites fans to work with her as she openly admits that they know her the best. She’s one of the only youtubers who in my opinion hasn’t changed their content or themselves to fit the trends and has been nothing but authentic the entire time. I like watching her videos because she is still super relatable even though she’s most likely pretty wealthy. she’ll still chase a bargain and openly express her sadness and mental health struggles which is so so important on such a huge platform - as well as her proud and happy moments. if you look at youtubers like zoella who started off as “the girl next door” type of persona, someone who you could relate to just making simple videos from her bedroom, and look at where she is now, running a full on social media business that has become the “zoella brand” with a huge team and social media posts that you can just tell she didn’t write, it’s not fun to keep up with that - it’s so out of touch. i will always support colleen where i can ❤️
