If you have a nickel allergy gold and certain types of gold especially in nose hoops even if it is 18k-24k will often have a little bit of nickel!!! I found that out the hard way, so I switched to a solid platinum hoop- they’re 100% nickel free!!! So I would definitely try that if you still want a hoop and it’s acting up like that

Hi Abby, just in case you didn't take your nose piercing out yet. I used a spray and gel for my piercings. I had issues with some of them healing properly. Its totally fine now after I used the combo. Its called prontolind gel and spray. I'm not sure if you can get it in the USA but I bought it on Amazon (I'm from Germany). Hope you're having a good day! xx

the same exact thing happened to me the first few months of getting my nose pierced!! to heal the bump just put some tea tree oil on a qtip and rub on the outside and inside of ur nose lmk if that helps!!!

I got a bump on my nose piercing when it was still pretty new. It's a keloid. Take a q-tip and put some tea tree oil on it a few times a day, and it'll be gone within a few days!

Mine took about 2 weeks to fully disappear. It needs to be diluted before you use it, it's too harsh by itself.

Hey, for the nose piercing thing, I suggest doing a sea salt paste. (Literally just sea salt and water into a toothpaste-like consistency) and put it on your piercing and let it dry and then take it off. It’s helped all my piercings including my nose.

Abby, I had the same bump problem when i switched to a hoop even after waiting the right amount of time. thought maybe it was the material so i switched between various hoops, but always had the irritation bump... when i put the stud back in its totally fine. went to a really good piercer and he said sometimes the angle the piercing is initially done doesnt comfortably fit a ring and that it would have to be re-pierced for a ring to sit comfortably.. :( just thought i'd share to save you some of the trouble

Does the Super greens powder really help with your energy? I’m currently in school, taking online classes while working full time so my energy can be low at times and I’m not a fan of coffee at all and I can’t do energy drinks because they make my chest hurt 🤦🏾‍♀️ BTW...You look great girl! 🤗

thank you! honestly, it’s more of a gradual sustained energy. so you don’t get this rush of energy that makes you go wild, it’s more so of a sustained “normal” energy. i imagine it’s how it supposed to feel every day in a world where i ate enough fruits and veggies every day 😂 this specific day i struggled staying awake in class after drinking it but i think it was because i had it RIGHT before class and before that class i was laying on the couch trying not to nap so i think my head was just stuck in that state. definitely worth a try because at the very least you’re getting TONS of nutrients and vitamins we often miss out on!
