So that storage unit you have, the white one with the colored fabric drawers... I have the same one and use it as a dresser at my house. I am contemplating bringing it to college because we cannot loft our beds since there are built in dressers underneath, and I don't know if we'll have the room for it. I want to put my TV on it, and snacks etc in it. Another conflict I have is that it will be heavy. How was move-in day with that? I'd rather not disassemble it because it's like 5 years old but I would like to know how you did it, and your advice since I don't want to be too cluttered

rosie pearce at college you mostly eat at the dining hall and sometimes snacks from shops or that you have in your room so all you really need is a microwave (although personally I'm addicted to waffles so I might have to bring a waffle iron 😂)

Haley Baysic Nope, the dorms typically come with a bed, a dresser, a desk +chair, and a wardrobe/closet, and a sink and bathroom if you pay more. You usually have to bring your own fridge, microwave, bedding (mattress pad and protector) and extra lighting if you need it :)
