Absolutely. Ohio State went into Autzen Stadium which they now freely admit is a HARD place to play and only lost by one point. Oregon's 35-36 at home with that only loss coming late by 3 points due to a QB injury to Nix btw. In Ohio State's loss there were 7, count 'em, 7 lead changes and it was decided by a last second move so diabolically ingenious it literally changed the rules of the game. Meanwhile Texas gets absolutely trucked by a team that lost to a 2 loss Alabama at home. The Buckeyes should absolutely be ranked above them.

AP voters were absolutely punching the air in the final minutes of the Georgia win. They were desperately hoping Texas would prove their BS to be accurate with their glazing and being given the #1 ranking over a better Oregon team because they dominated trash in their first half schedule. Now they have to stay up all night/morning racking their brains doing all the mental gymnastics they can to come up with anything they can sell as credible as to why Georgia is their new #1 this week instead of Oregon. @@michaelmerck7576they had offensive line issues in their first game and were still figuring things out while keeping things pretty simple and vanilla on both sides of the ball expecting an easy win in week one. They were still figuring things out on the O-line and Jeanty is a flat out game changer for the Boise State offense and it’s why he’s currently the Heisman front runner. Not to mention Boise State definitely looks to be the best G5 team in the country, so the fact that Oregon was able to beat them…… even close at home is looking better by the week. Even great teams sometimes have issues which need to be ironed out in the first couple weeks of a season before they really get going. If they still handle their business though and then actually get going and play at least close to their potential at this point of the season with a still unblemished record after recording the best current win of any team in the country this season, I don’t think any non-biased voter should still be holding the early season issues against Oregon at this point.
