the best time to apply to Howard would be your senior year (first semester). Right now I would look up the pre req’s required for admittance and keeping those grades high! If you have any questions feel free to dm me on instagram💙

you have to apply for them! the earlier you get your application is the more likely you are to get the room you apply for but this is college hall north!

yes chn is air conditioned and the thermostat is in your room so you can adjust the temperature

we usually weren’t in the room at the same time so they didn’t clash very much

yes applications for freshman dorms should open up this summer! just make sure you’re checking your email and completing the necessary steps so you can apply as soon as it opens. the sooner you fill it out the more likely you are to get the room you want
