I did physical therapy for ten months to increase motion of my ribs connected to three naturally fused vertebrae in my upper thoracic spine that caused atrophy in my pec and trap minor muscles. Ten months did nothing to fix the issue and only put me in constant pain. My arms would go numb when I used them due to this problem. I started doing crossfit and working on my barbell movements and getting stronger, and like magic in a couple of months I can do much more and am in less pain then I ever have been regarding my spine.

I cannot agree more with the assessment about physical therapy school and the issue with how students are "taught" if we want to even call it that.

It sounded like he knew what it was but possibly disagrees with it as a thing, like its a silly distinction to make. IDK you'd have to ask what he meant.

Rip doesn't seem to know that biology, chemistry, physics and biomechanics labs are the 1st year courses in Exercise Physiology. 😂😂😂

he's just wrong on shoulder rehab. man, I'm cringing. his advice will get people hurt.

beeatoms I used his rehab program for shoulders that would not heal under physio for months and months. I didn't get injured and it healed within a couple of weeks and got strong fast

+beeatoms Have you seen his video about how he rehabbed his own shoulder? He's not talking about pressing 200 pounds 1 week post op.

just watched it. he said he did exercises that went against his surgeon. I would love to see what he said. another cringe worthy vid.
