Also something shown in this video makes confusion. This place doesn't let you stay with opposite gender. I told them that my sister is gonna be in the UofS after 6 months so if they could put us both in one apartment but they said that is not possible. So I'm now forced to pay these people 300$ and find a place outside. This is not a problem for most people but they don't go easy on students when in need.

This is so stupid guys. I pay like 676$ per month and you even have to buy bathroom tissues... No cookwares, No Basic stuffs and not even a pillow. All these people want is money and they put up a lease of 8 months and in case you drop the lease you have to pay 300$ and should report 60 days before that you'll be leaving.
