Vaciil ❽ exactly. what about the cases where the victim comes forward and the police don’t find proof? where the victim is accused of lying, when what she/he went through was very real, and then she/he gets locked up for speaking their truth? for me, the deputy working my case pressured me to drop the case & told my rapist that he was in the clear, I guess because he didn’t want to mess with it. it’s not as easy as you seem to believe, although i wish it were.

When a women accuse you of raping whether she isi lying or not, the public always believes the woman , is like being around a child when that child says this adult did this to me, guess what they always believes the child true or not. With raping it even become worst when it happens across racial lines, in a country which is so racially polarized for centuries. The history is there, white women have always done this, falsely accusing black men of raping them which leads to many black men been lynched or dumped in prisons for years .Sometimes I don't even know how these young black men would still be around these white women after all they have put them through. You can call me racist all you want but I have a seance of awareness and learning from the past so am not risking it for no one.

I completely agree with this sentiment. This...monster deserves a very long time in prison; its people like this who cause the downfall of good men. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Where is the rape kit? Where is the bloody evidence? Police is slacking off on their jobs and they are at fault too because they took the words of this woman rather than look at cold, hard evidence.

I knew a guy this happened to in high school. It turned out his girlfriend was cheating the entire course of their relationship and she couldn't handle the shame of one, being a teen mom, but two also being outed as a cheater. So she accused her boyfriend of forcing himself on her. The story didn't make any sense, because if they weren't a relationship why would he have had to force himself on her? That was the general consensus. He lost his college of choice. His parents had to uproot the entire family and move. This was midway through our junior year. Everything was quietly settled, as both families came from money, but the fact that his reputation was dragged through the mud and she was essentially held blameless, still makes me shake my head.

It's not the justice system. It's that men gave women rights, voting rights more precisely. The first major legislation women achieved when they got the right to vote was to ban alcohol. How did that turn out? Seems like women voting leads to bad things for men. They also tried to ban coffee shops when men started hanging out there after the bars got shut down. Women's right and "empowerment" has always been about taking men's rights away, creating double standards that benefit women at men's expense. All because women as a collective don't have justice based morality, and have a care based morality instead. That combined with women's solipsistic nature, female in group bias and women's lack of altruism is the result of today's decaying world.

Gutting the administration is a better course of action than awarding lump sums of cash and my spidey senses are tingling that as soon as this guy realized he was in the clear he lawyered up with the biggest blood sucker he could find in hopes of a massive pay day. He is the victim here I am in no way disputing that. She deserves to go to jail.
