Cleavers in Oregon mid willamette valley, USA. Pop up in April and grow to 10ft. If on a fence. They bloom in early July and put out their seeds in August. I will cherish them from now on.

How wonderful! Thanks very much for this. I would love to see something about Dandelions and wild garlic! 🙏🏻

Brilliant idea Susan!! We definitely intend to feature dandelions and wild garlic in future videos. The wild garlic is done for this season and dandelion is just about on its way out, but we appreciate your feedback and will look to film these next year. Thanks for your suggestion!

Hello I’m new to your channel and I’m happy to have found you. The more I learn of new herbs the more I realize I’ve been pulling them up passing them off as weeds! Hopefully most seeded and are not all lost.

Hi to team CNM, thank you very much for this very informative herbal walk. I Just wanted to know regarding stingy nettle as it is mentioned that it improves the immune system, is it better recommended to infuse in H20 and drink as a hot/ iced cold tea or better to lightly cook/sautee the leaves and eat as a vegetable? Kind regards.

Hi there, thanks for your question! You can do either, but don't ice it as this cools the stomach and impairs absorption. A strong infusion is best - steep herbs in hot water for at least 10 minutes. You can also make nettle soup or can be cooked a bit like spinach: steaming is best!

Hi there. It can help as part of therapy yes - especially topically. Other naturopathic measures would be necessary in addition. Hope that helps!
