What is the process for appointment of judges before 1st judges Case?

Being an ordinary citizen, we strongly believe that there is something smoky/ fishy amongst judges.Being a Judge, so many judges are unable to express their opinion wide openly.They keep all their personal as well official problems in their heart,which is not Good for our judicial system. First of all, clear all the issues or grievences of judges with open dialoque with them. People going to court to settle their issue.Is there any court to settle the dispute of judges? Hope the above action, will increase the efficiency of juducial system. To conclude ,I would request the court to give preference to the cases of common people ,or group of people. Importance for political cases may be taken on the basis of line of order.
