Locus standii:- Where only aggrieved individual can file the case.

only an aggrieved individual whose rights have been violated has a right to file a case, no other person can file a case on behalf of him or her. This is a concept of locus standi. It is applicable to mandamus, prohibition, certiorari.

Sir My doubt is A person lost as Member of a house ( Wheather Parliament or Legislative Assembly) and he has taken an oath as CM/PM as we Know he has to reelect within 6Months but my doubt is even after he lost and taken oath as CM/PM can Governor/President nominate him as a member and continue as CM/PM (Nominated person even after lost ) .

if CJI is not allowed to become AGI then how the judge of a HC can qualified to become AGI where as judge of a HC is also a judicial position.

Because to become AGI qualification is person must be eligible for become sc judge To become Supreme Court judge person must be High court judge Hence High Court judges can be Attorney General but Supreme Court judges cannot be Attorney General.
