Except that unlike the horde that only heard the defense conspiracy theory for an entire year, the jury got to hear the prosecution’s case and see the evidence, like KR’s tail light pieces under 2’ of snow at the crime scene and found by the MSP SERT Team. Left the scene unsecured for several hours. Once pervy Proctor a close McAlbert friend became the lead investigator, he then seized Karen's car and towed it to Canton where him and his buddies smashed the taillight inside the sallyport and took the broken pieces and sprinkled them within just a few feet of where John's body was found. They then called the MSP SERT team and directed them to exactly where to search. And abracadabra taillight pieces were discovered in the Albert's yard in plain sight. Because several corrupt cops from the Sandra Birchmore case were involved the Feds had their eye on them and knew that they planted the taillight pieces. The feds told the common wealth that their conspiracy theory was a lie. The jury was blocked by Aunty Bev the judge from hearing that the FBI themselves had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Karen was not only not guilty but !00% innocent. The prosecutors as well as the judge did everything in their power to lie and confuse the jury.The only way that the taillight pieces could have gotten there was if Michael Proctor and his buddies planted them there. The McAlberts know it, the FBI knows it and anyone that isn't in on it and has read ALL the court documents and also watched the trial without being lied to about the facts in this case know it .

Evil Liar! EDIT: Also, when Alan Jackson pointed that out, she pivoted to saying her phone must have been butt dialing him from her jeans pocket. Alan Jackson: And somehow every one of those butt dials ended before John's voicemail could pick up, and then immediately dialed him again. Retrace: No record of those calls exist on her phone. She denies calling him and denies deleting anything. The calls are proven though, in the cellbrite deletion records of her phone, and in the missed call log on John's phone. Magically they become butt dials, somehow mysteriously having disappeared from her phone's call log, AND all of these calls ended before voicemail came on, only to redial within a minute or so. I've forgotten the number of calls, something like 5 times in 7 minutes, ridiculously obvious that they were trying to find John's phone. Lastly, Alan Jackson explains that on an iPhone, it takes 8 steps to make & end a call: Wake or turn phone on Unlock phone w/password Trace the geometric pattern Go to phone calls Open contacts Select contact Press dial End call A butt-dial can do all that? Same would be true for Higgins' & Albert's butt-dials; they both had iPhones too.

Thanks for content. I have to believe the only reason the jury was hung is that they don't want to believe the police would lie or be untrustworthy. It is clear that trooper Paul was not qualified to do accident recontruction and we all saw Trooper Proctor should have turned the investigation over to someone else. However as bad as it got with the state police the fact the scene was not secured and kept secured till the state police arrived show how poor it was all the way around. You also can't tell me there was noone on that street with a ring or doorbell camera?

@@toddm149 if what’s been reported from the jury members who came forward is accurate, the only charges they were hung on were the lesser includeds which are the OUI charges. The jury note spoke about their moral beliefs which makes sense with regards to drink driving. Although none of the witnesses (including the ones who really have not love for her) said she appeared under the influence, many people feel that any drinking before driving is dangerous.

The belt was on the pants when pictures were introduced in court. But they were not itemized in an evidence log or anywhere else. I think that’s why people thought it was missing. Sloppy documentation of evidence collected? Added later? Given the police work around this case, either seems possible to me.
