Peter Daicos being called down to train in 1978 is arguably the most significant moment in Collingwood's modern history post 1958. I still rate him one of the greatest of all time. Can't believe he wasn't selected for the '79 granny, he probably would have been the difference. So So lucky to see of many of him games complete with the brilliant bauks and customary tongue out. I'm fairly sure he kicked 6 in the 3rd quarter at Arden st in the early 80s. Coud be wrong. Josh and Nick have monster boots to fill, but they will do their dad proud.
