You’re not lazy you’re just more productive in environments where people are studying/ working. I would say remove any distractions at home and create a more soothing study environment. For example, studying in your room can cause you to be too comfortable where you want to sleep or watch tv.

I understand. I get into the same rut at times. For me, I like to think about "small opportunities". Even if it's reading a book for a few minutes related to security or working on one task / project. I would recommend you use your free time wisely!
