COLO Automatic Powder Coating Plant in Malaysia

COLO design, manufacture, install and commission this powder coating line for our malaysia customer. Vist: www.colourspray.com/ We serve customers worldwide, our powder coating plants are built in many Asia countries, as well as America, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
This powder coating line is composed with automatic powder coating system(guns and reciproctaor), cyclone powder coating booth, trolley powder coating oven and conveyor system. Customer uses this line for production of aluminum profiles, requires quick color change and high recovery of powder overspray.

why they choose electric oven than Gas ? it will have that much productivity to attach with a automatic conveyorised coating line ?

it is gas oven. Gas is cheapper than electric in Maylasia

Basic set up . Why using 3 powder hoppers the manual guns should be using one hopper together or all gun use the reciprocating hopper . The colour change would be taking a long time as they have to clean 3 instead of one . Even better use a box feed
