Interesting the see the markets. Looking pretty wet out there. Awesome adventure through the jungle. Good thing you found some others to point the way. Beautiful waterfalls and pools that you explored. Looked like a good time. Take care and be safe out there. Have a great day.

Oh yes Pearl Harbour Hawaii world war 2 Fiji islands won the war for Allied Nations stopping the Japanese in Guadalcanal Bougainville mostly they were the Fijian Gorrillas Infantry Land soldiers Most were in the British Naval ship HMS that was supposed to be in Pearl Harbour the night before the bombings next day The British Naval decided they stop and have picnic in the sea and head to Pearl Harbour next day evening time and saw Pearl Harbour smoking from the Japanese bombings Maybe the only world war relic you can see still existing the Momi Bay Gunsite and one opposite Suva Bay Like nowadays we for Peace keeping with United Nations

Fiji is really not a cheap place to visit compared to other regional destinations. 60FJD for tea may seem okay to you, but when you consider that the minimum wage here is only 4fjd per hour, it seems downright ridiculous.

Very true. My comparisons were to prices in Hawaii.

"60FJD for tea" ??? Not sure what kind of tea. For most restaurants and cafes, a cup of hot tea is around FJD1 - 1.50. "Other regional destinations" Which ones? Other regional destinations in the Pacific buy flour, biscuits etc. from Fiji where there are two major millers who produce flour and rice products.

@@fjphoto23 Not disagreeing with you. I was criticizing the original video referring to this as affordable. The video should have made mention of how much these things generally cost outside of a fancy hotel. When I refer to other regional destinations, I am mainly talking about Indonesia (Bali), which offers much more affordable food and accommodation than Fiji does. Our Fijian made flour production uses imported Australian wheat, and the cost of living here has generally greatly outpaced the median household income. I can't see any reasonable disagreement to this statement, it's objectively true.
