Colombia Finance Chief on Rate Cuts, Peso

Colombian Finance Minister Ricardo Bonilla says the country could potentially start to ease monetary policy within three months as inflation cools and the peso stabilizes around its current level. The Colombian peso remains the best performing EM currency this year, but the economy faces pressure from slowing external demand. Bonilla speaks on Bloomberg Television.
