Those buses are actually SLTB. They were brought to Sri Lanka in 2014 for the Commonwealth Conference and then a separate bus depot was established under the supervision of Ratmalana SLTB depot, for expressway routes.

The Bus you are travelling by is also A government SLTB Luxury bus. It is a Chinese Famous Brand Yutong. These Yutong buses are used even in UK.
